Easily one of the best teriyaki spots around! Their bowls are always on point--fresh veggies, perfectly cooked chicken, and an incredible sauce that ties everything together. Even when I order through DoorDash from farther away, the food still arrives warm and just as good as if I got it fresh. Definitely worth it every time!
The service is not great and the wait is long if you order in store, however, the food is excellent and the restaurant is clean and contemporary.
Having been to the Lombard location several times, I was ecstatic to take my friend here for dinner. She had never been, we happened to be in the area, and we decided to come in. I was blown away by the consistency in quality and flavor between my experience here and in Lombard. Kudos to the management team and staff, since other places aren't typically consistent throughout. My friend enjoyed her regular bowl of chicken teriyaki with white rice. I had a regular bowl of orange spicy chicken with yakisoba noodles. We also had a regular fountain drink each. It wasn't super busy yet on a Saturday around 5, so we enjoyed our food fresh. This place is in a strip mall, and there's also plenty of free parking on premise shared with other businesses. I'd totally come back when I'm in the area next, and I'd recommend it to anyone in the area. Everything you order here is freshly made.
I've seen this place so many times but never tried it so I thought I might as well. I got the chicken breast bowl spicy and was very pleased. The chicken was seasoned great, it came with white rice and veggies. I will be back to try the other items !
